I have had the opportunity to partner with the colleagues of some of the major telecom/IT giants, and build success in my career through collaboration & supporting each other.
Kamalnayan has a good technical knowledge on telecom domain. He has seamlessly worked on various projects in Rajasthan circle such as Intelligent Networks (IN) Decentralization, Packet Core (PaCo) Decentralization, Internet Protocol (IP) Network deployment for 3G/4G rollout, IMS/VoLTE deployment, etc., with proper tracking & timely execution. He works with full passion & commitment on all his deliverables. He is an excellent team player and a team Manager.
I have had the privilege of working with Mr. Kamalnayan at Idea Cellular (Haryana circle) for 2 years. I found him to be an extremely organized individual with an ability to maintain composure even in adverse situations. Working closely with Mr. Kamalnayan, I had the opportunity to observe and learn from his strong work ethic and sound decision making abilities. Mr. Kamalnayan is a great mentor; he guided me during my tenure at Idea and has played a big role in my professional growth. I wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
